Phil understands something about commitment, hard work, and success:

Phil worked his way through his undergraduate years at the University of Vermont, while earning Dean's List status and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. During his early career Phil managed to balance his position as Director of Trade Development for a multi-national company, along with his commitments as husband and father of two young children, while earning a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, in Boston MA. Finishing first in his graduate school class he was inducted as a national Beta Gamma Sigma scholar.

For over twenty years Phil rose through the ranks of leading American Corporations before choosing to move back to his native state of Vermont, to become a partner of Bell Wealth Management.

As managing partner of Bell Wealth Management Phil holds the professional designation of Certified Financial Planner, he is a Registered Representative, and General Securities Principal with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. a Registered Broker/Dealer, member FINRA/SIPC. Phil is an active community volunteer. Whether donating meals to The Ronald McDonalds House, lending financial expertise and time to The Vermont/New Hampshire Alzheimer's Association, or coaching baseball for the Jericho Youth League, he believes firmly in giving back to his community. In his free time Phil enjoys outdoor activities, which include: golf, hiking, skiing, swimming, and walking his Golden Retriever "Diamond".

Phil is passionate about two things in life, "First, my family for obvious reasons; and second, my profession because I have been given unique abilities which allow me to help my clients towards reaching their financial goals!"
